Is it possible to renovate a home in under 6 weeks? It can be when you call Keen Construction! This renovation process was pre-planned by our team at Keen every step of the way. We even ensured the 16-foot opening and bi-fold patio door were installed first, so the client could enjoy their spectacular view immediately. Other projects such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, mudding, and painting were all completed before move-in day. The entire project—including a full kitchen redesign and exterior siding—was finishing in record time: 5 weeks and 2 days! To top it all off, this project was also nominated for a Georgie Award with the Home Builders Association of Vancouver.
