Designers have a creative vision of their own, and even more so when it comes to working on their own projects. For this project specifically, the minimalist look was the desired effect. All appliances had to seamlessly disappear in order to showcase the modern and sleek feel. The finished product took 8 weeks from start to finish and blends effortlessly into the surrounding Vancouver landscape.

Modern and sleek were the bywords of this design by Blank Canvas Interiors. As a designer himself, the bar was set high and KEEN Construction delivered a custom, quality project in just 8 weeks’ time.

Renovation

Any condominium project involves careful planning and attention to bylaws. For the Bayshore Project, we paid extra attention to noise reduction in adjoining suites and keeping any disruptions out of the common areas was our top priority.
